Radius's "Like Guardia used to be" comment has stirred the authorial waters, giving way to many theories, of which this is one.

You'll notice that the chapters for this story aren't exactly plain. Actually, they aren't in English. It's Japanese, and at the end of the chapter, I'll give a phrase that has the definition in it.

"The Chrono Splicer" is my first fanfic ever. I have no clue just how deep it may develop, or if it will end up sucking. Hopefully the former.
